Dr. Yvonne Meng is currently a Senior Scientist at Merck & Co in Boston. Her research interests focus on therapeutic biologics discovery and protein engineering for basic biology of drug target validations, understanding molecular pathways, and translational research of human diseases in Immuno-Oncology, Neuroscience, and Infectious Disease. Prior to Merck, she used to be a Staff Scientist at Takeda (2015-2016), and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Pfizer (2014-2015).

Yvonne was born and grew up in Taiwan. She received her BSc in Life Sciences from National University of Kaohsiung in 2006, and worked as a research associate in the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan during 2006-2008. She received her PhD in Biomedical and Biological Sciences under the supervision of Dr. Moonsoo Jin from Cornell University in 2013, studying aptamer discovery on yeast display platform. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and photography.
