Please register first to obtain your order number.
Deadline for abstract submission: 5/6/2018 (Sun.) 12:00AM (EST). Presenters will be notified no later than 5/19/2018 (Sat.)
In order to give all participants as many opportunities as we can to present their works, we only accept ONE first-authored abstract for each person.
Presentation format: Poster only
– All posters must be 47 inches (or less) in width and 35.5 inches (or less) in length.
– Please setup up your poster between 8:15AM and 8:45AM on June 2th (Sat.), and keep it until 9PM the same day.
Abstract format (Example is here)
– PDF only.
– Abstract should include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Main Text and References. Figures are optional, but the total file size should not exceed 10 MB.
– No more than 1 letter-sized page. Main text should be less than 500 words.
– Layout (Word template is here):
・ Margin: 1-inch; Font: Times New Roman
・ Title: 12 pt bold; Other text: 10 pt
・ 1.5-lines spacing, but single line spacing for reference and figure caption
・ Reference format: Number, Authors (abbreviated first and full last name), Journal, Issue, Page, Year
